This workshop is an escape from your external world and a journey into the awareness of what deep rest feels like. We will combine techniques of meditation, somatic release, breathwork, yin yoga, myofascial release, restorative yoga and yoga nidra to create a whole body experience of what switching off and minding yourself can feel like.
We are so over stimulated by being forced into this high alert state with screen time, notifications, society, driving, parenting and high powered jobs that we forgot that our existence is to be grounded and connected, being at ease is something a lot of us rarely experience and that s not how we are suppose to live. We can reset!
This workshop we will release deep connective tissue tension, we will journey into the deeper layers of relaxation assisted by a warm and cosy space, voice, sound and the luxury of silence.
