Discover Postnatal Benefits

*CAN BE PARTIALLY CLAIMED ON HEALTH INSURANCE
Join our new Mum and Baby Yoga course, and explore the transformative physical, mental, and emotional benefits of giving back to yourself after having your baby. This class is designed for mums, but the benefits extend to your baby as well!
Practising yoga during postpartum can help improve posture, regain core strength and flexibility, and is particularly beneficial for the pelvic area, because it supports the recovery of the bladder, uterus, and rectum. Research has also shown that it may help reduce pelvic floor hiatus, promoting overall pelvic health.
Joining yoga with your baby is not only about your physical benefits. It can help your little one’s reflexes, motor skills, and awareness development. Also, being around other women in the same stage creates a safe and supportive community for women to reconnect with themselves, share experiences, and find red outside their homes.
In each session, we focus on strengthening the postnatal body through gentle movement, breath work, and pelvic floor exercises. Here, you will learn how to reconnect with your changing body, maybe regain your self-care routine, even if it has strayed during early motherhood.
You will also enjoy bonding activities with your baby, by eye-to-eye contact, interaction, baby massage, movement, and singing baby-friendly songs (no dignity!). Together, we will leave stress at the door, let go of “perfect mum” mentality, and we will embrace any cries or challenges with complete surrender.
This class is also a chance to meet other mums, share tips, and be honest about the ups and downs of motherhood. Time after the class for coffee/ tea and treats (included).
Join our mum and baby yoga, which is also an hour of soulful connection with other mummies. There’s no pressure to do anything; sometimes, simply showing up is enough.
