Each teacher has their own unique way of guiding these classes. Some are themed to include a peak pose, an affirmation, an element and more. This class is the perfect way to connect your mind, body and breath through movement.

This class is a welcoming space to begin your yoga practice, focusing on the vital breath, mind, and body connection. We break down foundational Vinyasa Flow poses and Sun Salutations with clear, easy-to-follow instructions.

By pairing mindful movement with the breath, you will naturally improve your flexibility, mobility, and strength. Jo’s aim is to provide a non-judgmental environment where you can play your edge, let go of distractions, and simply sit with yourself.

Every session finishes with deep relaxation, allowing you to experience the full mental and emotional benefits of your time on the mat. No previous experience is needed; come exactly as you are, without any expectations of yourself. Showing up for yourself is the most important part. Yin Yoga Classes in Cork

This class introduces you to an hour of being with YOU, YOUR body, YOUR breath. Its all about observing the sensations of stretching the deeper connective tissue. Helping you to gain better mobility in the joints and hips, flexibility, a strong sense of calm and relaxation, helping you to cope with anxiety and lower stress levels. These classes may also include acupressure for myofascial release.

Yin yoga is based off the ancient teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With a more meditative, slower and deeper approach than other Yang practices. Each shape (pose) is held passively for longer periods of time (usually between 1 and 6 mins). All poses except for one are practiced either seated or lying down.

With the help of props, blankets, gravity, time & relaxation it allows for deeper tension and fascial release. So it may look to the outsider like you’re just lying around but the benefits are huge. It is somewhat of a challenge to everyone even the most advanced Yogis to “sit still”.

This is the ultimate complimenting class to other Yang practices such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, Weight training, running, and any other exercise. Yin Yoga Class is beautiful intro to Meditation and Yoga all in one.

Pregnancy Yoga in Cork

Designed to assist you within this beautiful phase/transition in your life as your body begins to grow and adapt to fit your evolving bump and baby. 

In these classes, you can expect to move gently in positions designed to help you feel more relaxed, at ease, empowered and confident as a mamma to be. You will learn the benefits of these yoga poses for helping you with the typical complaints/contraindications of pregnancy that you may be experiencing – pelvic girdle pain, fatigue, restless legs, hip pain, sciatica, swollen feet etc.

You will also be guided through breath-work, gentle meditation and guided visualisations along the way to relax you and hopefully prepare your mind and body to drift into a deep sleep after. Expect yourself to be truly held in a safe, caring and nurturing environment!

 On top of this, you will be empowered with yoga poses and positions that may help you through the upcoming task of birthing your baby. Learn the incredible power and wisdom of your body and mind! Pregnancy Pilates in Cork

This is a 45 min class that has been designed to support you in this special stage of your life. In each session, we will explore the benefits of Pilates during pregnancy. Pilates exercises are incredibly beneficial for strengthening the pelvic floor, which plays a crucial role in supporting the body during pregnancy. A strong pelvic floor can help reduce the risk of back pain, improve posture, and prevent urinary incontinence. Additionally, it can aid in a smoother, more efficient labour and delivery by providing better control during contractions and improving recovery postpartum.

This is a very personalised class, 5 students max. No previous experience is needed.

Mum & Baby Pilates in Cork

In this class, together we will predominantly work on building strength through Pilates foundations. Gently and mindfully working from the core through the whole body. Lots of mind, muscle & tissue connection.
This is a 45 min class a week. Please never feel pressured to do anything in class. Sometimes showing up is all you need. If the baby needs to come in their pjs, that’s totally ok, in fact, if you want to come in your pjs, you are more than welcome. No pressure on being a perfect mum, here it’s all about giving back to you. Meet other mums, share tips and tricks and most importantly… be real about the struggles.

Designated 30 minutes after class for tea/coffee (included) and chats.

A mum-focused class. It is specific to the individual who gave birth. We work on strengthening our postnatal bodies through movement, breathwork and pelvic floor exercises. Together we will leave our stresses at the door, let go of any ‘perfect mum mentalities’ & embrace any babies’ cries with complete surrender.

Learn to reconnect with your changing body and re-love yourself if you have strayed away from your self-care routine. Connect with your baby through eye-to-eye contact, interaction and baby-loving songs (no dignity required), baby massage and engagement through movement.

Meet other mums, share tips and tricks and most important… be real about the struggles.

This is an hour a week of connection or an hour of sleep on your mat while we watch your baby, you decide. Please never feel pressured to do anything in class. Sometimes showing up is all you need.

Baby Massage in Cork

This 5-week course is a baby-led class and is designed to strengthen the physical and emotional bond between parent and baby through massage.

Gentle touch and daily massage can help with digestive issues (wind, reflux, constipation), teething issues, brain development, growth spurts, and improve sleep, decrease cortisol ( stress hormone) and increase oxytocin (bonding hormone). Mum and babies heart beat synchronise.

Come together with other mums to share tips and learn from each other. time after class for tea/ coffee and chats.
