My intention as a teacher is to introduce you to ways of comfortably moving your body to feel good, whether that is through a strong Yoga Flow or a deep insightful Yin Yoga Class. To guide you in connecting on different level with your body, mind, emotions and energy.
I don’t believe in “one size fits” all and encourage exploration of all types of movement and training. In my opinion strength over flexibility any day. All of my classes are open to beginners. We gather as a community to collectively play our own personal edge on the mat, no one is better than the other. There is no end goal to reach, there’s no competition just a journey to enjoy. I just hope that what you learn on the mat, you can take with you into your life, off the mat. That beautiful ripple effect.

Grace
Hi I’m Grace,
After practicing Pilates for many years, I took the step this year to qualify as a teacher. Alongside teaching, I’m going into my final year of college studying Nutrition, with the goal of continuing on to Dietetics.
My passion is helping people feel strong, confident and deeply connected to their bodies. I believe the body is truly amazing and movement is both a privilege and a gift.
I grew up playing sports and continue to love running, so I’ve experienced first-hand the importance of strength, mobility and injury prevention.

Pilates began as a way for me to strengthen my body, but I quickly fell in love with it because it also strengthened my mind.
Through my classes, I hope to share that same sense of strength, balance and empowerment with others.

Becca
Hi, I’m Becca! With a background in competitive gymnastics, Pilates became my way of maintaining strength and flexibility long after I left the sport.
I’m drawn to the simplicity of mat work- how small, intentional movements can be layered together to build real strength and control.
My classes are calm and focused. You’ll feel the burn, while staying connected to your breath from start to finish.
I qualified as an EQF Level 4 Mat Pilates Instructor through Image Fitness in 2025 and have been teaching since. Outside of the studio, I’m completing an Integrated Master’s in Process and Chemical Engineering.

Sarah
Hi everyone, I’m Sarah 🫶
My love for Pilates started while living in Bali & getting to experience amazing teaching styles and gorgeous studios. It was the first time in my life where I was consistent with working out and even looked forward to it! I decided I wanted to learn more and do something for myself so I signed up for a Pilates course in Bali. After a few months of hard work I became a qualified mat & reformer teacher. In my classes I hope to encourage women to reach their goals and feel good about themselves. Pilates has added so much to my life and I hope that it can do the same for others.

Michelle
My yoga journey began many years ago alongside my dancer training. Six years ago, during a time of high anxiety, I turned to a daily yoga practice and it truly helped me though this time.
Experiencing the mental and physical benefits inspired me to train as a yoga teacher so I could help others feel the same. I’m now four years qualified in Vinyasa yoga, with additional training in Yin and Pregnancy yoga.
Yoga has been a grounding, healing force in my life, and I’m passionate about sharing that with others.
