What to expect
These classes are designed to assist you within this beautiful phase/transition in your life as your body begins to grow and adapt to fit your evolving bump and baby.
In these classes, you can expect to move gently in positions designed to help you feel more relaxed, at ease, empowered and confident as a mamma to be. You will learn the benefits of these yoga poses for helping you with the typical complaints/contraindications of pregnancy that you may be experiencing – pelvic girdle pain, fatigue, restless legs, hip pain, sciatica, swollen feet etc. You will also be guided through breath-work, gentle meditation and guided visualisations along the way to relax you and hopefully prepare your mind and body to drift into a deep sleep after. Expect yourself to be truly held in a safe, caring and nurturing environment!
On top of this, you will be empowered with yoga poses and positions that may help you through the upcoming task of birthing your baby. Learn the incredible power and wisdom of your body and mind! And of course, how often do pregnant women get an opportunity to be together in one room? Feel connected, heard and inspired by other lovely mothers to be 🥰 I am so excited to meet you and your gorgeous bumps on your mat.
Please always get clearance from your GP before starting pregnancy yoga. Suitable for 12 weeks +
We have Free parking and a free herbal tea/coffee station. Please bring a travel mug with you 🙂
