HOT PILATES

Hot Pilates is a dynamic, high-intensity full-body workout with a HIIT-inspired flow. Expect a fast-paced, challenging session designed to push your boundaries in a fun and supportive way. Perfect if you’re craving peak energy, strength, and a powerful sweat.
SATURDAY 9 AM | 45 Min Session | Suitable for all levels.

HEAT & GLOW

Heat & Glow is a full-body HIIT workout that combines the energising beats with light weights and reps in the heat for the ultimate muscle-sculpting. The class helps your body to build endurance while delivering a fun, sweaty and empowering workout.
THURSDAY 6:45 PM | 45 Min Session | Suitable for all levels.

WARM FLOW

Warm Flow is a gently heated Vinyasa flow designed to awaken the body through rhythmic, intentional movement. Infrared heat warms the muscles deeply, allowing for a fluid range of motion and natural detoxification.
MONDAY 6:30 PM & SATURDAY 10 AM | 60 Min Session | Suitable for all levels.

WARM PILATES

Flow in an energising Warm Pilates session. Connect breath to movement, exploring the foundations of Pilates strength & flexibility. The warmth helps you to go deeper. This session challenges your center and leaves you feeling strong and anchored.
MONDAY 7 AM | 45 min Session | Suitable for all Levels.
