Dynamic Flow

This consists of a fun, mindful, flowing, dynamic movement with the breath. Classes may consist of breathing techniques, sun salutations and asana flow to improve flexibility, mobility, strength and body awareness. It finishes with the most important pose, Shavasana.

Each teacher has their own unique way of guiding these classes. Some are themed to include a peak pose, an affirmation, an element and more. This class is the perfect way to connect your mind, body and breath through movement.
WEDNESDAY 7 AM | 60 Min Session | Suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga

This class introduces you to an hour of being with YOU, YOUR body, YOUR breath. Its all about observing the sensations of stretching the deeper connective tissue. Helping you to gain better mobility in the joints and hips, flexibility, a strong sense of calm and relaxation, helping you to cope with anxiety and lower stress levels. These classes may also include acupressure for myofascial release.

Yin yoga is based off the ancient teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With a more meditative, slower and deeper approach than other Yang practices. Each shape (pose) is held passively for longer periods of time (usually between 1 and 6 mins). All poses except for one are practiced either seated or lying down.

With the help of props, blankets, gravity, time & relaxation it allows for deeper tension and fascial release. So it may look to the outsider like you’re just lying around but the benefits are huge. It is somewhat of a challenge to everyone even the most advanced Yogis to “sit still”.

This is the ultimate complimenting class to other Yang practices such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, Weight training, running, and any other exercise. Yin Yoga Class is beautiful intro to Meditation and Yoga all in one.

Beginner Sculpt Pilates

Beginner Pilates is a class designed to learn the foundation of Pilates. This class will empower you, enhance your posture, increase your flexibility, and boost your confidence. With the teacher support and expertise, you’ll discover the transformative benefits of Pilates and embark on a path to a healthier and happier you. Pilates is a discipline that helps to align your body, increase core strength, and overall body strength. Increase flexibility and mobility, helps to strengthen the pelvic floor and enhances body awareness while helping to prevent injuries, among other benefits. For this class, there is no need for previous experience. It is designed to introduce you to or reeducate you on the important foundations of Pilates, so you can get the most benefit from your practice and begin your journey in the right way.
THURSDAY 6:45 PM | 45 Min Session | Beginner Level.

Sculpt Pilates Mix Level

This Sculpt Pilates class is a dedicated space to empower your body, sharpen your posture, and increase flexibility through the Pilates method. Designed for all levels, the session focuses on building functional strength and core stability using intentional, low-impact Mat Pilates movements that meet you where you are. With the teacher’s guidance, you will discover the transformative physical benefits of the practice while boosting your body confidence and mental resilience in a supportive environment. Our Sculpt Pilates Classes are an opportunity to push your limits and commit to a healthier version of yourself, each week leave the mat feeling stronger, more aligned, and energised.
WEDNESDAY 6: 30 PM | 45 Min Session | Mix Level.


Barre

Experience the intersection of ballet and Pilates. Our Barre class is a high-intensity, low-impact workout focusing on small, isometric movements that target the arms, thighs, and glutes. Transitioning from focused barre work to restorative floor sequences, you’ll balance a deep muscular burn with lengthening stretches.
60 Min Session | Suitable for all levels.
