Reformer Foundations Course

Ready to start with reformer pilates, but you are too afraid to join a regular class? We have designed a 4-week foundation course. Slow pace, time for questions and adjustment. This course will help you to build flexibility, strength and confidence while learning the foundations of reformer. Suitable for complete beginners.

  • Learn about the reformer machine and how it works.
  • The fundamentals of Pilates breathwork and core engagement.
  • Learn the Pilates fundamentals through movement on the reformer.
  • Understand the spine and pelvis and overall body awareness.

Each class will be a combination of movement and theory where you will be guided to understand what we are doing and why. You will feel confident in body and mind after each class. After this course you will be ready to move into our regular reformer 1 classes.
