What to expect
Begin your mornings with calm, clarity, and intention.
From January 19th, join me for a 21-day guided meditation journey, designed to help you build a consistent mindfulness practice and set a positive tone for your day.

Every Monday to Friday, 7am live on zoom, I’ll guide you through 15 minutes of meditation each morning. These sessions are gentle, accessible, and suitable for both beginners and those with an existing practice.

Over the 21 days, you’ll:
• Create a sustainable daily meditation habit
• Reduce stress and mental clutter
• Cultivate mindfulness, focus, and emotional balance
• Start each day feeling grounded and present

This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and give yourself a few intentional minutes each morning — just for you.
